Major acheivement by LIFE project team at RCDSS-Ajmer in the month of September 2011

1.         Linkage IOC to initiate on Drinking water facilities in Mavashiya Village, FGDs conducted to identify the problem. IOC proposed to establish water filter in comming days after testing of water samples.

2.        22 PRI & CBO members are trained on Good governance in PRI system.

3.        8 Proposals from 8 villages were submitted and notified by the Gram Sabha during Jan Sunwai at Godiawas & Mavashiya Panchayat.

4.       Both Gram Panchayats have accepted 2 village development micro-plans of Gudha & Nolkha and incorporated the proposed works under next year’s action plan of MGNREGA and other schemes.

5.        139 community members are trained on using Right To Information Act 2005 and Amari D/o Ladu (BPL) of Mavashiya has filed an RTI application for asking the information about her IAY benefit.

6.       43 farmers of Kisan Club & Self Help Groups got exposure to Krishi Upaj Mandi Kishangarh and know about the benefits of selling their havest in Mandi.

7.        Rama s/o Dhanna of Surajpura applied for KCC by handholding support of our animator and completed all the formalities and verification is also done by the Bank Representative.

8.       School Hall is mobilized to run Rojgar Dhaba in Nolkha village by the joint efforts of community, panchayat and disha.

9.       15 youth members of Nepoli village got knowledge for employment schemes, self-employment loan and carrier guide.
