· More than 200 farmers of 4 villages (Surajpura, Nepoli, Kesarpura & Mavashiya) are benefited with RKVY (Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana) scheme of KVK, Ajmer , under which 2 types of micro-nutrient spray have been applied in about 50 hac. of mung crop. This is a demonstration activity of KVK to increase production by improving the soil health with spraying micro-nutrients such as sulpher, iron, zinc and copper which are lacking in the soil now.
· 65 livestock rearers (farmers) were motivated and trained in getting their livestock Aartificial Insemination (AI) for breed improvement during the field training.
· 100 Farmers received technical advice from KVK experts for their kharif crop.
· Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry Department provided his technical services in our field training on livestock management. He also shared some beneficial schemes of insurance to the farmers and assured to benefit 50 farmers with the department sponsored insurance scheme.
