We are happy to share that , recently one of the LIFE project partner in Rajasthan; DISHA-RCDSSS-Ajmer have been called by the state government of Rajasthan to be the part of making key decisions on the stae Budget for the financial year 2011-2012.
Fr. Antony Fernandes , the Director of Disha-RCDSSS-Ajmer has participated in the meeting and given suggestion on “strengthening the Natural Resource Management through participation of community in managing forest and pastureland” and the same suggestion has been included in the final budget of the Rajasthan state government.
In the above said meeting around 43 leading NGOs of Rajasthan and country were called.
